Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the RankedHub platform. These terms govern your access to and use of our Warzone ranked tracking services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RankedHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Description of Service
RankedHub is a Warzone ranked tracking platform that allows users to monitor their SR (Skill Rating), rank progression, and compare stats with other players. The service includes leaderboard tracking, rank verification via screenshot uploads, and community features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You may not use another person's account without permission. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload fraudulent or manipulated screenshots, impersonate other players, attempt to manipulate leaderboard rankings, use automated tools to scrape data, harass other users, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform's functionality or other users' experience.
5. Content & Screenshots
By uploading rank screenshots, you grant RankedHub a non-exclusive license to process, store, and display this content for the purpose of tracking and verifying your rank. You confirm that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
RankedHub and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RankedHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Call of Duty and Warzone are trademarks of Activision Publishing, Inc. RankedHub is not affiliated with or endorsed by Activision.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
RankedHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of rank data, SR calculations, or leaderboard positions. We are not responsible for any interruptions, errors, or data loss. Use the platform at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall RankedHub be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to use premium features, if any.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Data associated with terminated accounts may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
